1. Platform Purpose

WE CLEANER is a professional registration and work record platform for commercial cleaners in the Wollongong and Illawarra region. The platform does not guarantee employment or work placement. Phase 2 matching features are subject to platform conditions and cleaner profile approval.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your registration and work history submissions. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform. WE CLEANER reserves the right to verify any information submitted.

3. Referee Consent

By submitting a referee's contact details, you confirm that the person named has agreed to be listed as a reference and may be contacted by WE CLEANER. Submitting referee details without consent is a breach of these terms.

4. Data Use

Work history information, including site names, company names, and hourly rates, is used by WE CLEANER for internal market intelligence purposes. This data is aggregated and anonymised for strategic use. Personal identifying information is not disclosed without your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

WE CLEANER makes no warranty as to the availability of work or the outcome of any matching process. The platform is provided as a professional record and visibility tool. APERSON SERVICES PTY LTD shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on platform content or results.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
